The e-STMP program is a web-based interface that does not include Safari in its compatibility listing. It works on the iPad, but did not work on the iPhone 4.<\/p>\n

The URL for the site is\u00a0https:\/\/www.fly.faa.gov\/estmp\/index.html.<\/p>\n

Register in advance with this system so you can use it when you need it. The first few times I tried to use it within 72 hours of \u00a0Sunday, July 28th, it would not allow me to make a reservation. The error message listed one of three causes.<\/p>\n

From an application point of view – I’d give this one a 70% rating. It works, but the defaults are clunky; the error messages vague; and the capabilities limited. It can be hit-or-miss, in my experience. \u00a0I have come to expect better, but I can live with this for sure.<\/p>\n
